Xin Ying began her career after completing her university studies, major in accounting management. She had worked for Continental Grain Company for quite a few years as senior finance professional, before joining PCI. She gets very familiar with local financial regulations and has accumulated diversified practices.  She acts as a good consultant/ adviser to colleagues in many financial management related searches.
